Some confusion on a recent posting from yesterday, lets fix it. Rent till June 30th is normally $1,135. If you sign a new lease rent goes up to $1,145, don't know why but that's what the Pavillions said. I am willing to take off $300 of June 1st rent, which is off of $1,135 = $835 is what you pay. This is a sub-lease so you can either sign a new lease when mine is up June 30, or you can move out. The deposit is $400.
