The room itself is a decent size and you would have your own bathroom that would only be shared if there were guest over which doesn't happen very often. The room has cable hook ups and internet is available.  You would have full range of the house.  We have washer and Dryer hook ups we are in the process of getting a washer and dryer soon! We are flexible on the rent to..between $400 to $550.  We are more than willing to work with you and your situation. Husband and I work full time so during the day we aren't home much unless it is our days off.  We have an 18 month old son who is fun and easy going. He is quiet too.  When we are home we aren't partying at all we are normally playing with our son and relaxing after work.  We don't mind if you drink or smoke but smoking has to be done outside.  My husband smokes outside.  We have outdoor cats and wouldn't mind if you had outdoor cats or a dog.  The dog just has to be use to children.
