Lead/Rhythm Guitarist looking for a cover band or starting a new (Stockton/Lodi)

27 Y/O lead and Rhythm guitarist looking for band (Age is not important, but preferred for band mates to be between 25-32). Experience for about 10 years playing live in Mexico, Colombia and New York with couple of local bands. Influences begin from Led Zeppelin, Black sabbath, Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Iron Maiden and Megadeth to RHCP, Audioslave, RATM, SOD, Pearl Jam, and soundgarden. Interested on having nice musical environment, drugs free, all I care about is to have a good time making music.
At the time not counting with nothing else but 2 Ibanez guitars1 Yamaha, 2 combo amps of 45W and a GNX3 Pedal Effect.
Interested on starting a 5 piece band, Vox, 2 guitars, drumer and bass.
