We have a fully equipped, licensed, Stockton restaurant/bakery available for rent evenings.
This space has an operating business in it so you will be working around our schedule.
The rent is monthly, prepaid in advance and is determined considering a number of factors including hours per week, days per week, and equipment used.
We have a stove, convection oven, 80, 20 & 5qt Hobart mixers, sheeter, and other kitchen equipment. We don’t have any space available for overnight storage. We don’t have any fryers and are not set up to handle large amounts of grease.
Let me know what you have in mind---hours and days desired, products to be made and equipment needed. You need to have product liability insurance.
