Gated yard and located in a quiet and good neighborhood accessible to the freeway, bus stop, park, school, and commercial area. I have two bedrooms available, shared bathroom. I provide monthly rental agreement and temporary housing for those who does not want a long term contract or lease agreement. I will work with you if you have a pet, the house is set up like a dorm since it used to be a commercial building, it has safety precaution like fire exit and sprinklers installed and already in place.
