Two rooms are available for rent. One room will be available in May and the other room in August. We're UOP students and looking for easygoing and responsible female students. The location is about 5-7 min. drive to UOP campus!
Rent is $475 per room plus all utilities are split according to number of tenants currently living in the house. You will share a bathroom. The other room is $500 plus all utilities but you get your own personal bathroom, which are both located downstairs (available in August). There is a refundable $500 security deposit and AT LEAST 7 months to ONE YEAR rental lease agreement highly preferred. NO pets allowed please.
ALSO, if you are a male OR female student, there is another house down the street that has two male students living there. Rent there is $500 plus all utilities split. Room is available now.
