I am a single man newly divorced (56 years old). I have adult children and grandchildren that visit and I ride a Harley-Davidson. I work in the Bay Area and my home is fairly quiet during the week. On the weekends I spend time with friends,family, Church and/or fellow riders. I am looking for another adult male that is seeking 1-2 rooms to rent. $600.00 for one room or $900.00 for two rooms. This price will include all utilities. The bathroom you will have is the main bathroom in the house. Essentially it will be private to you unless there are visitors in the house. I have a private bathroom in my room so you will not have to share with me. I do not mind a child that visits on the weekends but I prefer not to live with children now that I finally got rid of my own :) They are great but they are better now that they pay their own bills.
