Hi I'm a single mother to a 2 year old girl, we have a 3 bedroom 1 bath house and are looking to rent out the third room to the right person. Who is the right person? Well another single parent is preferred, but the basics are- We live in a child friendly environment- Someone responsible, picks up after themselves, pays rent on time, is patient kind and understanding with children. If you are all those things then please do reply.
Rent is 500 a month due on the 1st +50% utilities, we have internet- you need to provide your own USB for wireless if you aren’t already set up for it, DirecTV is available- you pay the difference for a receiver to be in your room.
Move in is first and last.
We have a large yard and a garage. If you have a pet, they are welcome in the backyard and garage as long as they are well tempered and kid friendly, they can use the dog door that is already provided if they can fit through it. There is an additional $500 deposit required for pets.
Smoking outside OK
Please don’t have a lot of traffic or overnight guests.
