New house 2260 sq-ft living area. Have 4 bedrooms. Two rooms are occupied with organized, respected, and young UOP students, a female and a male. The others two are available. Cable TV and Wireless DSL are available for all roommates. The house is located in 2 to 7 minutes away from UOP, CSU, Community colleges, shopping, Movies Theater, golf course and freeway 99/4/5. The utilities, gas & electric are shared among roommates. The other expenses, trash, water, DSL, and cable TV are mine. The appliances are new and free to use, Washer/Dryer are new and energy efficient. Bathrooms are shared among roommates. I am very easy talking and not stay home a lot. Since I am working in Bay area, I will stop by the house once in awhile. I would like to have someone who is very responsible, organize and respect others. No pets, no drugs, no drunk and no smoking please.
