What I have is an unused bedroom in a larger home inside the main gated golf community in Brookside. I am considering utilizing it in trade for some light housekeeping/nanny style duties.
I figure the room would rent in the $600++ range inclusive, if I were interested in the additional income. I am not...I'm looking to get some help in exchange for the use of the room and the common areas of the house. It would include high speed (Comcast) internet and cable, as well as utilities. There would be no "ancillary" charges or hidden gimmick fees.
