A nationally known and recognized leader in the contract security industry has an opening for an experienced Operations Supervisor in the Stockton, CA area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervision of 20+ security officers and contact with clients on a daily basis,
scheduling, payroll, training and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as a supervisor of at least 5 personnel
Posses a current California Guard Card
Previous security work for an HOA (Home Owners Association)
Prior/retired Law Enforcement or Military preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, problem solving and capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma/G.E.D.- preferably AA degree or higher
Pass a background check and a drug screen
Clean DMV record
Must be able to work Full-Time (40 hrs/per week)
