Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent temporarily in Manteca or Tracy. I currently live in Sacramento and will be moving down this weekend or early next week. I am a professional and between jobs, I do get unemployment and since I just started it I have still have like 6 or 7 months left on it (so a guaranteed check:).
