Permanent House Trade Wanted

Hi There! Relocating to Chicago? If everything goes well, we will be relocating to either Stockton or Monterey within the next couple of months. We should know our decision by the end of the week, but I thought I would get this out there just in case.

We have a 5 bedroom, 3.5 ba approx. 3,000 sq ft. home in Sugar Grove (1 hour west of Chicago) that is upgraded heavily.

The home includes, but is not limited to: a wet bar butler's pantry with dual zone wine chiller, 2 story living room, 9' first floor ceilings, Brazilian cherry wood floors throughout first floor except for mother-in-law suite, vaulted ceiling in master bedroom, upgraded 42" cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, double-oven gourmet kitchen, Corian counter tops and sink and much, much more! Close to I-88 and 20 minutes from Naperville.

We are looking for at least 3 brms or 4 bedrooms, or some combination that will house a family of five and two dogs comfortably. We are looking for something that is as close to nice schools and shopping as possible.

We are asking $389,900...all reasonable offers will be considered! Get creative! :D

My Virginia Home for your Stockton home

I'm going to be moving to the stockton area soon and know there's a lot of you that may be in trouble out there with forclosure.
