Volunteer needed for unemployeed and injured individual!
Looking for someone that can help me research through Westlaw or other access to jury awards for personal injury case! I was in an auto accident in February 2009 and have sustained injurys including herniated discs, rotator cuff surgery, occipital nerve damage, tinnitus, and had a stable aortic anerysm increase in size about 20 percent. I am getting toward the end of my treatable injurys and would like to find cases where juries have awarded damages in similar cases! The law library only allows limited searches unless you are a paid registered uses and since I have been unemployed i am not registered. I do not have an attorney and would like to see if I can get enough information without hiring an attorney to negotiate with the insurance company myself!
