The rent is $1500 a month, $1500 deposit fee, for a total of $3000

Current landlord information
Credit score
Current proof of employment
Current proof of income
Copy of Drivers License
Regarding utilities, I will pay for Hot Water, the tenants are responsible to pay for everything else such as Garbage, Electricity, Internet, TV, Ect.
