Recent re-power with a pair of stock Mercruiser High Performance 525SC supercharged big blocks, coupled to new Bravo 1 XR outdrives set on Stellings extension boxes. Full Zeiger hydraulic steering from helm to transom.

Boat sits on new custom-built and bunked Trail-Rite triple axle painted steel trailer. Electric over hydraulic disc brakes, LED lights and chrome wheels. Loading and launching is a breeze as is towing with this heavy duty trailer equipped with excellent brakes. Less than 1,000 miles from new.

Interior is new. Redone by Award Interiors in Sacramento with new foam and the highest quality materials. New Sunbrella cockpit cover and new full storage cover.

I have owned this boat for 20 years and it has always been well cared for and
GARAGED. Boat has been used almost exclusively in Lake Tahoe where it was kept on a dock in Tahoe Keys about 12 weeks each summer. Kept in fully enclosed garage the balance of its life.

This hull was part of Wellcraft's award-winning SCARAB lineup for nearly two decades. The bottom features a 23 degree conventional deep-V with a 10" wide pad at the back 15' of the keel. The beam is 8'6". The boat is exceptionally well balanced and maintains a level attitude. Throttle response is very strong and the boat comes on plane quickly, as the bow tucks down almost instantly under acceleration. This boat is easily able to handle the big water. This hull became the Scarab 33 when the swim platform became part of the deck mold.

Built by Mercruiser's High Performance division, the 525SC engines are completely stock and standard bore. Based on Chevy's gen VI 454 blocks with a very conservative 8:1 compression ratio, they use a Weiand 177 roots-type blower at 5 lbs of boost and a Holley Dominator carb. These later-series engines were factory equipped with CMI stainless steel headers. They are strong, reliable and have just undergone complete engine-out servicing. Fit with 28" pitch Mercury 4 blade Bravo props, these engines will push the boat North of 80 MPH at the 6,200' elevation Lake Tahoe.

Lots of options including: Shore power, Norcold refrigerator, on-board battery charger, Marine Machine sea strainers, mechanical trim indicators, compass, VHF radio, anchor locker, deck hatch, snap-in cockpit carpeting, stereo system, transom shower, anchor and rode, depth finder, fenders and dock lines and more. In excellent shape and ready for use.

Boat is garaged at my home in Fair Oaks. Please call me at show contact info to discuss details and arrange a viewing. Priced to MOVE at $35,000. Thanks for looking, Jeff
