We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant F&B Manager to join our team and make a real difference in our guest's experience! The Assistant F&B Manager will balance their time ensuring smooth operations of dining room, kitchen, bar, training service standards, and office for needed administrative duties. This position is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of how to deliver fantastic hospitality. 1. A successful Assistant F&B Manager has a strong knowledge of menus, products used, and taste within the first week of employment.
2. Assistant F&B Managers are expected to assist in the training of all front of house employees.
3. Assistant F&B Managers should expect to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, quantity, and presentation.
4. Assistant F&B Managers should be able to oversee the entire restaurant operation in the absence of the F&B Manager.
5. Ability to assist in maintaining an efficient scheduling program to ensure a high standard of service with use of minimum man-hours.
6. Ability to promote positive interactions with guests through sincere greeting and communications.
- Minimum of 2 years food and beverage experience
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
