Get pulled over by law enforcement? Show them your belt buckle! It may not get you out of a traffic ticket or an arrest, but it could be a great conversation starter - besides any laws you broke of course... Officer asks you how fast you were driving? Ask that officer how fast your belt buckle was going and he/she will have their answer! And to think, people hire lawyers for this type of advice! But now that I think of it, if you get pulled over, just let the officer know that the Dow is over 50,000 right now! If that's a good enough answer from our Attorney General Pam Bondi, it should be good enough excuse for your traffic infraction!
But seriously, belt & buckle is $10.00 - no low ball offers like $9.99. Cash only, I don't carry change.
Notice to LE. Based on my legal interpretation after a cursory search of the WWW and my future law license (after I finish grade school and find a law-school who will accept a straight F student), this is a legal sale of a used belt and belt buckle by a non-sworn but much "sworn at" citizen of the USA. I will object strenuously to any visits by your SWAT Team(s) should you want to go full Branch Davidian on me...
Is it legal to buy, sell or own a belt buckle with the name of a particular Sheriff's Department? I have no idea but I do see they are available for purchase from the Fresno Sheriff's Department: https://www.fresnosheriff.org/media-relations/sheriffs-belt-buckles-available-for-purchase.html
