Here is a HEAVY Pewter belt buckle of North Carolina, New Bern, 1985 Limited Edition 81 of 1500 from the Valley Buckle, Co., Mulvane, Kansas. Buckle is very heavy and weights in at 0.5 pound. It has a brief history of New Bern on the reverse side. Excellent condition with only a very few minor light scratches and very light signs of wear. It measures 3.6 inches across and 2.5 inches tall.
