The entire system has variable speed adjustments so each component can be sped up or slowed down.
It runs off of 240 volt 3 phase power. It can do about 1 ton of cherries per hour and is set up to separate 4 sizes.
The line runs fine, we just don't use it enough and are looking to downsize.
