Hello my name is Jay and I am looking for a studio or 1br apartment to rent in the city of Tracy or Mountain House (Only the city of Tracy or Mountain House and I am not interested in any shares). I am a clean and quiet 39 year old hispanic male without kids, and I do not associate with too many people. I currently live at home, but now my siblings are having kids. There just isn't enough room anymore and it is time I have a place of my own. I am a full-time student at San Joaquin Delta College where I am studying accounting and will be graduating in May. I study during the day and drive for DashDash in the evenings. I am interested in a 6 month lease. I can pay half upfront for good measure and the other half will be paid month to month. Once the 6 month lease is up and I am working full-time after graduation, I'd be interested in signing a long-term lease. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.
