Im a care giver for special needs adults and my husband is a mobile mechanic and we have 3 kids ages 13, 8 and 2 years old and we have one large dog......... we are hoping to find a private landlord. My husband can help with any handyman stuff or even fix a car or if u have relatives or family needing care im able to help and we can pay 1000 a month in rent....... we are good ppl, with good kids, well behaved.
