HANDYMAN / ADU SETUP TECHNICIAN NEEDED — FAST PAY — SHORT PROJECTS
Tiny Home Cottages specializes in the delivery and setup of manufactured housing throughout California and Oregon.
We are looking for reliable handyman-type workers with strong repair, maintenance, and detail-finish skills.
Tired of long, drawn-out projects that take forever and pay 2–3 months later? Our projects typically take 1–4 days to complete, and we pay promptly through Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or direct deposit.
Work Includes:
Drywall crack and defect repairs
Interior wall paint touch-ups
General interior and exterior maintenance
Minor siding repairs
Exterior trim repairs
Customer-requested repair items
General plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
ADU utility connections, which vary by project
Mini-split installations, if experienced
Mini-split installation experience is a plus, but we can train the right person. Equipment is supplied, and disconnects come preinstalled from the factory.
Requirements:
Must have handyman and detail-finish skills
Must have basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
Must have a smartphone
Must have your own tools
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must be willing to travel for projects in California
Must complete scheduled work on time
Must present yourself in a neat and clean manner
Must have a positive attitude
Must communicate well with customers, owners, project managers, and team members
Fuel allowance is included.
Pay:
Pay is negotiable based on skill level and experience. Prompt payment available through Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or direct deposit.
Important:
Must not have visible face tattoos or visible gang-affiliated tattoos.
