CONSTRUCTION LABORERS NEEDED – Mountain House / Tracy, CA

We are actively hiring general construction laborers for ongoing ground-up residential and commercial projects in the Mountain House and Tracy, CA area. If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in what you build — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Site prep, grading, and cleanup. Assisting skilled trades (framing, concrete, finish work). Material handling and staging. Following safety protocols and foreman direction. Keeping the site organized and moving.
Requirements
✔ Reliable transportation — You must be able to get yourself to job sites in Mountain House / Tracy on time, every day. No exceptions.
✔ Basic hand tools — Come ready to work. A hammer, tape measure, utility knife, and work belt are expected. Specialty tools provided as needed.
✔ Professional references — At least 2 verifiable references from previous construction, labor, or trade work. We will call them.
✔ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
✔ Steel-toed boots and PPE required on day one.
