I am selling a whole house air conditioning unit for the price of a one room unit. This working Trane model XL-1400 is a 2.5 ton, 14 seer, 15 year old central heat ( uses natural gas ) and air unit, it measures 36” x 64”. My roof is 25 years old and falling apart, so I am getting a new one installed soon, so I thought I should replace the a/c unit too, because I plan on selling the house in 1.5 years, so it would be a good selling point too. This working unit was removed from the roof on 10-3-25 and put on my trailer, with the metal base called a curb ( which is in the pictures on top of it). I’ve only had two problems with it in fifteen years, #1 about five to six years ago, the mother board died so a new one was installed, and #2 the condensation drain line clogged about one to two years ago, so it was cleaned out.
On 10-15-25 I reduced the price from $1200.00 to $1000.00, on 10-25-25 I lowered it to 900.00, and on 11-5-25 I reduced it to $800.00, and on 11-18 I reduced it $50.00 to $750.00, and on 12-26-25 I lowered it one last time to $700.00, Save 90%, I am firm on the price, cash only, no trades, no Zelle, no Venmo, no PayPal, no meeting halfway.
