We are seeking a part time (4 - 5 hours daily M-F) employee experienced in office procedures and computer input.
Proficient in office procedures, in data entry, in management, and in adult-student reports.
In addition there is some phone and adult-student interface.
Duties:
Strong, fast computer skills required.
Input and manage student and teacher database.
Answer phones with a mature, articulate voice
Pleasant and efficient communication skills
Respond to email inquiries
Microsoft Suite, Power Point, Indesign, Excel, QuickBooks, Others?
Monitor website
Basic internet search skills
