Our basement room is available for $800 per month, which includes all utilities.
You will have the bathroom to yourself, but you will share it with our guests.
There is a combined kitchen, laundry area, and living room. There will be an additional fee if you would like to have a mini fridge in your accommodation.
You can use our three-car driveway, have your own private entry, and have enough of storage in the garage.
Concerning Us
A mother and her daughter are two females. We spend a lot of time at home because my mom is retired and I work remotely. My mom must get along with children because she looks after my nephew every day from 8:30 to 5:00.
Concerning You
Age is flexible; must be female; no smoking allowed inside. No cats, however if a dog is potty trained, you might want to consider them.
Although the lease is for a year, we may also discuss a month-to-month arrangement.
A $500 deposit is required to cover administrative costs like background checks and other things.
