Need a room to rent

Hey all, recently divorced and looking for a room to rent. I’m financially stable, and a simply guy. Me, I’m white, 49/m and quiet. I don’t have visitors, I don’t party, and my biggest hobbies are reading books and playing games on my phone lol.
Here’s the catch, 10 years ago I was convicted of having the wrong kind of explicit material, and have to register. I’m not that guy anymore, but it’s made it hard to find a place to live.
I’m candid about my past, and am open about my present.
I just need a quiet place to call home so I can work and focus on myself. If anyone has a heart for this, please msg me.
I have current references and and provide any information needed. Please let me know if you have a room to rent.
